Leflunomide 3-Isomer

Leflunomide 3-Isomer is a Leflunomide analogue, which inhibits virus replication. Studies indicate that Leflunomide displays immunomodulating properties and anti-inflammatory activities, which may be due to its ability to inhibit DNA synthesis in synovial cells and PAF production in macrophages. Leflunomide is an isoxazol derivative, which displays inhibitory effects against IL-2 induced T-cell production, which were stimulated with anti-CD3 plus PMA or anti-CD28 plus PMA.
