Description

SU 16f is a selective PDGFRβ inhibitor with an IC50=10nM. In vitro studies demonstrate that SU 16f also inhibits HUVEC and NIH3T3 cell proliferation with an IC50=0.11μM. In addition, SU 16f displays 14 fold selectivity towards PDGFRβ compared to Flk-1 (VEGFR2), 229-fold over Flg (FGFR1) and 10000-fold over EGFR. SU 16f is an inhibitor of Flk-1.
