3F8 is a selective and ATP-competitive GSK-3β inhibitor, which upregulates the Wnt pathway. Studies suggest that 3F8 is a more potent GSK-3 inhibitor than SB216763(sc-200646) displaying an IC₅₀ value of 34 nM in the presence of 10 μM of ATP.
