Description

ACES is a zwitterionic compound used in biochemical and biological research useful in the pH range 6.4 - 7.4. Studies show that ACES responds well to chiral resolutions when working with chiral microemulsion electrokinetic chromatography compared to phosphate buffers. In addition, this buffer is an ideal separator in the resolution of protein systems.
