N-alpha-(9-Fluorenylmethyloxycarbonyl)-L-aspartic acid-beta-(Wang-Resin)-alpha-2-phenylisopropyl ester

Description An Aspartic acid building block immobilized on Wang resins on its side chain for the synthesis of cyclic peptides on resinmodification. The 2-phenylisopropyl protecting group can be deprotected with 1% TFA in dichloromethane.
