Description

4-Amino-6-methyl-8-(2-deoxy-β-D-ribofuranosyl)-7(8H)-pteridone is an adenosine analog that is highly fluorescent. When suspended in a dimethoxytrityl-phosphoramidite protected form, it can be inserted into oligonucleotides, site-specifically, through a 3',5' phosphodiester linkage via an automated DNA synthesizer.
