Description

[2-(Aminocarbonyl)ethyl] Methanethiosulfonate specifically and rapidly reacts with thiols to form mixed disulfides. [2-(Aminocarbonyl)ethyl] Methanethiosulfonate is used to probe the structures of the ACh receptor channel, the GABA receptor channel, and the lactose permease.
