Description

CAY10571 is a cell permeable, reversible, and ATP-competitive sulfone analog of the p38 MAP kinase inhibitor SB 203580. Potently inhibits p38 kinase (IC50 = 30 nM) and inhibits IL-1 production in human monocytes (IC50 = 200 nM).
