Glycogen Phosphorylase Inhibitor is a cell-permeable urea compound that acts as a potent and AMP-competitive inhibitor of PYGB (glycogen phosphorylase); IC50 = 53 nM). Inhibits glucagon-induced glyocgenolysis in hepatocytes in vitro.
