Description

20-hydroxy Prostaglandin F2α is the ω-oxidation product of PGF2α. Studies of pregnant female rabbits have shown that 57930-92-4 is metabolized by microsomal cytochrome P450 ω-oxidation in cultured type II alveolar cells, however, this is not seen in male rabbits.
