Description

(S)-Ketorolac is R-enantiomer of Ketorolac. The (S)-enantiomer is about 60 times more potent than (R)-enantiomer. A prostaglandin biosynthesis inhibitor. Analgesic and anti-inflammatory. (S)-Ketorolac is an inhibitor of Cox-1 and Cox-2.
