Description

PGB1 (Prostaglandin B1) is a nonenzymatic dehydration product of PGE1(sc-201223) and a metabolite of PGA1(sc-201213) that has been shown to modify the pressor responses to sympathetic nerve stimulation. Furthermore, when PGB1 is oligomerized it has been shown to inhibit phospholipase A₂, and act as an ionophore for calcium.
