Description

Prostaglandin F2α dimethyl amide is a weak prostaglandin F receptor (FP; PGF2Rα) antagonist. PGF2α dimethyl amide is able to inhibit the contractile effects of PGF2α in gerbil colon by 50% at a dose of 3.2 µg/ml.
