Description

Ranolazine Dihydrochloride is a novel metabolic modulator and membrane stabilizer that is an antianginal and antiischaemic agent. This compound shifts myocardial energy metabolism away from free fatty acids and toward glucose as the substrate for production of adenosine triphosphate. Ranolazine Dihydrochloride is an activator of PDK.
