Description

Rho Kinase Inhibitor III, Rockout is a cell permeable ATP-competitive Rock (Rho Kinase) inhibitor discovered by an image based, high throughput screen of a wound healing cell monolayer. When discovered Rock (Rho Kinase) Inhibitor III, Rockout was observed to not be toxic while inhibiting blebbing and promoting cell spreading. The compound was observed to inhibit the blebbing of recently trypsinized Swiss3T3 cells and M2 cells. The Inhibitor was documented to have an IC50 =12 μ
