Description

Tamoxifen-N-oxide is a metabolite of Tamoxifen, a nonsteroidal estrogen antagonist in the treatment of some forms of breast cancer. Tamoxifen is a Protein Kinase C inhibitor that induces apoptosis in human malignant glioma cell lines.
