Description

Ro 26-4550 trifluoroacetate is a reversible, small-molecule inhibitor which prevents binding between interleukin-2 (IL-2) and its receptor (IL-2R α-subunit). It appears to compete with IL-2Rα for its binding site on IL-2 (IC50 = 3 µM).
