Description

Tubulin Polymerization Inhibitor II is a cell-permeable, SU5416 derived combretastatin A-4 analog that acts as an effective Tubulin inhibitor (IC50 = 4.5 μM in inhibiting polymerization of purified porcine brain tubulin). Tubulin Polymerization Inhibitor II has also been shown to exhibit extremely potent anti-proliferative activity towards various cancer cell lines (GI50 <10 nM for 46 lines among a 53 NCI panel tested).
